Class of 2001(Basketball) Wynter is probably one of the most decorated athletes to ever come out of Holy Innocents’. She finished her high school career with 2600+ points, 1000+ rebounds and 500+ assists. She reached the 1000 point mark in the middle of her sophomore year. She lead the team to a State Championship in 1999 as a sophomore. Wynter was named the #5 player in the Country by Sporting News her senior year and by USA Today as the #3 player in the Country both her junior and senior years. She was the Georgia Gatorade Player of the Year and a Parade All-American in 2001. Wynter went on to star at Duke University where she was named to the All-ACC Freshman team and a member of two Final Four and three consecutive ACC Tournament Champion teams. After college, Wynter played professionally in both Europe and South America.
