Class of 2012 (Wrestling) Lee is one of the top wrestlers in Holy Innocents’ history – he was a four-year veteran with a career record of 138 wins and 22 losses, good for second all time. A three-year team captain, he won one state title and placed in state his other three years. He was also a football star at HI – he is currently 8th in career rushing, 10th in career tackles and was named All-State and All-Region in 2011. After graduation, he played football for a year at Mercer before transferring to North Carolina State, where he wrestled for four years. He earned Rookie of the Year honors as a freshman and Most Outstanding Wrestler his senior year. He lives in Raleigh, NC and works at Johnston County Emergency Medical Services and with Wrestling Mindset. He continues to wrestle and train at the Olympic Regional Training Center, aspiring to make a senior level World and Olympic team.
