Class of 2008 (Boys Lacrosse): While at HI, Davis played four seasons of varsity lacrosse. Unofficially (because there are only two year's scorebooks to verify statistics), Davis scored a total of 223 goals and added 82 assists for a total of 305 points. As a senior, he scored 65 goals, a single season record, and had 29 assists for a season record 94 points. He was team captain his senior year and was named first team All-State as well as All-American in both his junior and senior seasons. Davis was HI's first All American lacrosse player. After graduation, Davis played four seasons of varsity lacrosse at Denison University. He was a starting midfielder for the Big Red and was named top newcomer in the conference as a freshman. Davis led Denison into the DIII playoffs as a senior and was named an All American that season. As a senior, he was named first team All North Coast Athletic Conference midfielder. That same year, he won the NCAC sportsmanship award. During his career at Denison, Davis scored 66 goals and 36 assists for a total of 102 points.
