Our HIES Strength and Conditioning program is designed to develop positive mental and physical growth in all of our student athletes. 

Our staff not only focuses on performance enhancement, but injury prevention and creating team culture is a  heavy emphasis for all of our Golden Bear athletes. 

At HIES we know that each sport is unique and require different skill sets, therefore each of our teams receive designated time in the weight room to become stronger, more explosive, and work on specific functional movements to help them excel in their sport.
