If a team is going to have to drive all the way to Savannah, it might as well make it worth the trip. That's exactly what our boys' lacrosse did Thursday night in the opening round of the state playoffs, as the Bears blew past Richmond Hill 18-6.
Â
"The boys played extremely well," Interim head coach E.J. Thurmond said.
Â
The offense had great balance in
Hayes Reifenberger, Noah and
Eli Carlson,
Warner Fentress, and Charlie Banks.
Â
On the defensive end, keeper
Andersson James was solid while, in front of him
Bo Maxwell,
Aidan Diaz,
Drew Bayne,
Chris Scott, and
Conor Swennumson all performed well.
