Triple! Baseball beat Carver Wednesday, Johns Creek 10-1 Tuesday, Hapeville Monday, N. Springs 12-2 Saturday and Therrell last week. Gavin Campos got the win vs. Carver while Sam Chasteen drove in three. Ryan Dunham was 3-for-3 with 4 RBI vs. Johns Creek; Xavier Wilson and Dawson Rad also had two hits and Bryce Floyd got the victory. Against Hapeville, Grant Bradley was 2-for-2 with 4 RBI, William Ashley got the win. Sam Chasteen and Jude Smith got two hits, Bradley homered, and Amaree Griffin was the winning hurler vs. N. Springs. Cole Hatfield went 3-for-3 vs. Therrell and Gavin Evans was the ace against Therrell.
Homer! JV baseball edged Mt. Vernon 6-5 Tuesday and lost 10-7 to Whitefield last Thursday. Against Mt. Vernon, Landon Murray was 2-for-2 to lead the hitting. In the Whitefield blemish, Jake Jansen, Fisher Catone, and Xavier Bergmann each had two hits… MS edged Atlanta Classical 15-14 Monday, with Aiden Phillips, Holder Brinson, Brock Pumphrey, and Hayes Wise leading the charge.

Run! Track competed Monday; first place finishers were Brooks Battleson (pole vault), Olivia Sharper (300-hurdles), Brayden Bailey (200), Harris Bradford (3,200), Brent Warbington (300-hurdles), and Colt McNamara (shot). Myles Jackson took 2
nd in the shot, as did Sharper in the 100 hurdles…MS was at GAC Wednesday; standouts were Annabeth Champion (800), Wilder Duncan and Liam Galan (high jump), Maddie Porter (100), and Ross Shaw (3200).

Jackson Brown, Sullivan Swann, and Thomas Miller starred on defense; Bradlee Williams, Sairis Panah, Marcos Pacheco, Cooper Knowles, and Mitchell Bainbridge led the offense. They beat Hapeville last week; Bradlee Williams scored six, Mitchell Bainbridge, Hudson Stephens, Jackson Mullins, and Marcos Pacheco one each. Bobby Spencer got the shutout…JV tied N. Against Oconee, Byrdie Chartrand (winning goal), Fallon Kaufman, Eve Marks, and Lane Deriso led the attack while Ireland Padgett, Temma Hoffenberg, and keeper Sophia Ocampo speared the defense. Against Riverwood, Evie Price scored the clinching goal; Hoffenberg, M.K. Noble, and Kate Mirgorod led the defense, and Chartrand and Price had four goals each… JV beat Oconee 5-2 Tuesday and edged Westminster 8-6 Monday. Mary Brooks McCrystal, Crosby McMillan, Sophia Toledo, and Amaya Morris starred vs. Oconee, while Melina Khademi, Betsy Guy, and Addie Dutton stepped up vs. Westminster. They lost to Riverwood 10-5 Friday … MS will resume play April 16
