They beat Sonaraville Saturday 11-7 behind good hitting by Rad, Fuller, and Wilson. Robby Chiaffredo was the ace pitcher…. JV blanked Lovett 5-0 Wednesday. Kaleb Kaplan got the win; Landon Murray had two hits. They beat N. Atlanta 11-7 Saturday and Westminster 7-2 last week. Jake Jansen and Quinn Best (3 hits each), Gus Federico, Fisher Catone, Sam Wimberly, and Xavier Bergmann (2 hits) led vs. the Warriors. Federico (4 hits) and Jansen and Best (2 each) starred vs. Westminster while Garrett Evans pitched well…MS lost 4-2 to Marist Saturday. Will Webber and Aiden Phillips (pitching)l; Holder Brinson and Grayson Hughes (defense) excelled. They lost 6-4 to Sutton Wednesday; Phillips and Luke Thompson pitched well; Brinson led with the glove, and Finn Dickey had two hits. 
 
Goal! Girls' soccer lost 2-1 to Oconee Tuesday; Sydney Williams had the goal while Paige Jacquin and Avery Bennett were also solid. They beat Walnut Grove 7-0 Friday and Coretta Scott last week. Against Walnut Grove, goals were by Paige Jacquin (3), Morgan Bennett (2), Williams, and Beatrice Jones. Against Coretta, Avery Bennett (4), Jones (3), Jacquin (2), Alexa Henningsen (2), and Lucy Peterson (1) scored…JV fell 4-1 to Oconee Tuesday; Elizabeth Green scored while Megan Hendrickson and Olivia Krumper also starred. They lost to Lovett Friday, despite good play by Green, Finley Metzner, Abby Green, and Krumper…MS fell 4-0 to Marietta Wednesday.  
 
Corner! Boys' soccer beat Fulton Science 5-3 Tuesday behind four goals by Sairis Panah and one by Lucas Peck. Jackson Brown led the "D". They lost 6-1 to Walnut Grove Friday. Panah scored on a Peck assist; Chris Cardillo also starred …JV fell 5-0 to Westminster Wednesday but got good play from Liam Delaney and Ollie Holden. In a 3-2 loss to Lovett last week; goals came from Delaney and Matthew George…MS lost to Marietta Wednesday. 
 
Ad-in! Girls' tennis beat PCA 5-0 Tuesday; Maia O'Leary, Ellison Losin, and Alessandra Georgiev won in singles and Maddie Lawrence-Auldyn Patak and Caroline Katz-Gigi Core in doubles. They fell to Cambridge, St. Pius, and Dunwoody in LaGrange last weekend. Georgiev won vs. Cambridge, O'Leary and Losin vs. Pius, and O'Leary vs. Dunwoody…JV girls fell 5-0 to Lakeside, though Caroline Wakely and Aleka Keele starred in doubles. ..Boys' tennis beat PCA 5-0 Tuesday, with wins by Jay McKown, Gavin Miles, Jack Robinson, and Charlie Northcutt-Aaron Beck and Grant Heerin-Will Vinci …JV boys fell to N. Atlanta 4-1 last week; Jack Stone got the win. He also won in a Wednesday Lakeside loss.

Lax facts! Girls' lax lost 11-9 to Campbell but had good outings from Meriwether Jaax, Jackson Dillon, and Maddie Spector …JV beat Whitefield 14-4 Tuesday, with standouts including Sophie McKay, Addie Dutton, and Claire Cummings. They fell 5-4 to Campbell last week; Sienna Short, Kaylee Sheats, and Sarah Snyder starred… MS edged Lovett 12-10 Wednesday; Addy Lynn led in scoring and in draw controls. They topped St. Pius and Woodward Saturday, paced by Yardley Jones (10 goals), and keeper Nora Damini (6 saves). 
 
Re-lax! Boys' lax beat Midtown 14-4 behind 6 goals by Matt Neumann and great "D" by Jack Pileggi and Tyler Levitt… JV topped King's Ridge 6-4 last week… MS lost 15-4 to Lovett and 5-4 to St. Pius Saturday. Defensive standouts were J.D. Brumfield, Ben Hoover, Ben Witzigreuter, and Bear Lonergan, while other stars were Matthew Levitt, and Tuck Nowak. 
 
Fore! Girls' golf took 3rd in Acworth Tuesday. Molly Spector was Low Medalist while Brooke Benedict was also solid…The boys were at Brookstone Tuesday, with Gold squad 4th among 15 teams and Crimson 5th. Gold was led by Ben Corley, Sammy Herd, Will Ginsberg, and Griffin Moore, the Crimson by Logan Skaggs, James Carper, Jack Graham, and Nick McKay… JV boys excelled in win Wednesday, with Andrew Altman, Marshall Flack, Turner Peterson, Parker Panos, and Hudson Downs all contributing. 
 
Run! Track was at GAC, stars were Colt McNamara (1st, shot put), Olivia Sharper (1st, 300-hurdles), Brayden Bailey (2nd in 100 and 200), Brendan Ganucheau (3rd, 300-hurdles), A.J. Donnelly (2nd, triple jump), William Haas (3rd, 100), Caden Page (3rd, 800), Zion Tillis (3rd, high jump), and Harris Bradford (3rd, 1,600)…MS was canceled Monday due to bad weather.
