Ned Mason – Middle School Softball Coach
Coach Ned is originally from Marietta, GA and attended Pope High School, where he
played Varsity baseball for three years, and played on the East Cobb Astros from 13-
17 years old. Presented with the opportunity to play baseball at a smaller university,
Coach Ned instead choose to attend the University of Georgia. Coach Ned has
coached high school baseball for 5 years. The last three years at Holy Innocents’.
Coach Ned also coached at Northside Youth Organization (NYO) for 14 years. Coach
Ned is looking forward to coaching middle school softball the Fall. Coach Ned lives in
Buckhead with his wife Renee, daughter Clara and their dog Lumpkin.
