This is Clayton's 7th year at Holy Innocents, with a record 66-25-6 in that time. The Lady Bears were on pace to eclipse the success of the 2019 Final Four season last year, starting the 2020 season 6-0 with 44 goals scored before the season abruptly ended. Multiple players have gone on to compete at the NCAA level from the Lady Bears, including current players at University of Georgia, Georgia State, and The University of the South. Clayton has also coached at the college level for 10 seasons and is currently the Emory University Men's Soccer Assistant Coach. In his time at the college level, his teams have made multiple trips to the NCAA DIII Men's Soccer BOYS BASKETBALL GIRLS SOCCER TRIM LINE TRIM LINE 102 tournament as well as winning multiple Conference Championships and DIII All-American player awards. He holds a United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma among other licenses, and also coaches at the semi-professional level with Southern Soccer Academy's USL-2 team.
