Stacey Davis – Middle School Football Coach
Stacey is married to Yolanda Davis. He is in his 13th year at Holy Innocents’. Stacey
is the Athletic Department Manager. He is the Head coach for Wrestling at Holy
Innocents’, as well as a coach for middle school football and track. He has helped Holy
Innocents’ wrestling achieve State Dual Championship, State Runner-Up in Dual and
Team Traditional Championship along with 4 top 5 finishes. The wrestling program has
produced 10 State Champions, 9 State Runner-ups, 28 State placers over his career at
Holy Innocents’. He is the father of two Holy Innocents’ Bears, sons, Lee (Wall of Fame
2017) and Roderick (2013 All- American ), with both sons winning state championships as
Golden Bears. He is a former High School All-American and competed @ the University
of North Carolina- Chapel Hill serving as captain his senior year. He was a 2012 London
Olympic Official in Wrestling. Stacey is also an inductee into the 2018 Class of National
Hall of Fame for Wrestling, Georgia Chapter as well as will be inducted into his high
school Hall of Fame ( T. Wingate Andrews, High Point, NC) in the fall of 2019.
