Senior Jada Farrell who, besides scoring 27 points and helping lead HI to a region championship win over Wesleyan last week, also netted her 1,000th career point in the process. A four-year starter, Jada has remained among the top in scoring and rebounds while aiding the Bears to a hoops state title last year. Speaking of state titles, she also has an individual crown, earned last year as a junior in the shot put.
