Holy Innocents' Episcopal School Athletics

Coach Meg Mavity joined Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School in 2023 and was named head cross country coach in 2023.

During her time at HIES, Coach Mavity has led both the boys and girls cross country programs to three consecutive state meet appearances, with the girls team finishing in the top 10 at the state meet in 2024.

Prior to HIES, Coach Mavity coached cross country and distance track at Marist, where both the boys and girls teams captured a state championship during the 2015 season.

Coach Mavity brings a strong personal connection to the sport as a former Division I cross country and distance track athlete and continues to compete as a distance runner, having completed multiple half-marathons.
