External Media Credentials

HIES Athletics welcomes photographers, videographers, and other media creators interested in covering our home athletic events.

To help protect our student-athletes, coaches, teams, and working media, all external creators who are not hired by HIES Athletics must request and receive approval before receiving sideline or event access.

Requesting a Credential

Media credentials are limited and must be requested for each individual event. Approval for one event does not guarantee access to future events.

To request access, complete the HIES Athletics Media Credential Request Form below. All requests are subject to approval by HIES Athletics based on available space, event needs, and the number of credentials already issued.

Submission of the form does not guarantee access. Approved creators will receive confirmation from the HIES Athletics communications staff prior to the event.

Before You Apply

All external creators are required to review and acknowledge the HIES Athletics External Media Credential Policy as part of the credential request process.

Credentialed creators are expected to respect all sideline and restricted-area guidelines, follow the direction of HIES Athletics and event personnel, and provide HIES Athletics with usable content from the event following their coverage.

Receiving a HIES Athletics media credential does not represent employment, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation with HIES Athletics.
